The Human Genome: More Complex Than We Imagined

Never going to get to France? - Oct 26, 2007
AFAS ACT and the Embassy of France in Australia are offering tertiary science students residing or studying in the ACT a unique opportunity to undertake training or a collaborative study with the French University or research body.

The grant provides a contribution to airfares to France of up to $2500 and a living allowance of up to $2500 per month for the duration of the stay (1 to 3 months).

Summer Research Scholarships - Aug 31, 2007
Applications have opened for the latest round of Summer Research Scholarships, which bring promising undergraduate and honours students from Australia and New Zealand to ANU over the summer break. Recipients work with a leading scholar on a short research project. The scholarship includes full board at Burgmann College, a tax-free weekly allowance for 8 to 11 weeks between November 2007 and February 2008, and return travel to Canberra.
