Green Screen is a celebration of young people's participation in environment related activities and will include bands and films created by young people that have an environment theme, and will also include information stalls to promote opportunities for young people to get involved with environment activities.

 The College visited Japan during June to showcase science with Austrade.
|
As part of Study in Australia Week - JAPAN 2008 the College visited the Australian Embassy in Tokyo and four other major cities within Japan, from Fukuoka in the south, to Sapporo in the north. Meeting future postgraduate students and alumni of the college. As a result of the visit, the ANU College of Science was invited to do an Industry presentation by the Embassy and plans to combine it with a proposed Alumni social evening.
